What a delight! Called ahead and asked if dogs are allowed at the outdoor dining area and they were more than welcome.Scallops and halibut were perfect and the fried pickle equal to the best I've had. After our delicious dinner we got some of the best soft serve ice cream (blueberry was awesome) the waitress brought pup cups out for our little guys (vanilla with a doggie biscuit in it). All in all a most pleasant place.

Scarlotta's was a great choice! We loved our ice cream and had great service. Gluten free cones meant everyone could have the full ice cream experience. My daughter loved that she had a high chair to herself and loved the outdoor sitting experience. We'll definitely come back for lunch or dinner some time!

New to Granville and excited to give it a try. First time was a definite 5 based in service and dessert (soft serve and fry bread). Looking forward to a burger meal when we've earned it and the weather is better!

Scarlotta's has been a part of our family for 3 generations now. They have the best, most creamy soft serve ice cream in 24 flavors with occassional treats like chocolate mint twist. Service is car side complete with the window tray! Their food is consistently exceptional. Their service is old time personal with a warm smile. I visit every Saturday with my 88 year old Aunt and she loves watching the kids play. This is the most outstanding food and ice cream place on earth! I give them 10 stars above the 5 star rating! Once you go there, you'll be hooked and go back all summer ling!

Excellent food and ice cream. Service is great. You can either go up & order at the window or being a,"Car Hop", you can sit in your car and the waitress will come to you & take your order. Excellent atmosphere with the oldies music playing in the background. There are picnic tables with umbrellas for outdoor eating. Very good overall & reasonably priced.

I have ate here several times and never taken the time to leave a review, but today that was handed to me while I got to watch my dog chow down on a "pup cup" sitting on a bench. The food and service is why I keep coming back
